为进一步提升同学们的安全防范意识，保障大家在华学习与生活的安全稳定，我们将于本周五（11月7日）下午4点30分在紫云楼1楼报告厅召开留学生安全专题培训会。请全体同学按时参加，不得无故缺席、迟到或早退；因课程冲突等特殊原因无法参会的同学，须提前向分管辅导员提交书面请假申请，经批准后方可免参；未请假且无故不参会的同学，其缺席情况将纳入个人在校表现记录，同时影响后续评优评奖资格。（国际学院学生的安全专题培训会将后期单独召开，若同学们感兴趣也欢迎在周五参加）
To further enhance students' safety awareness and ensure the safety and stability of everyone's study and life in China, we will hold a Special Safety Training Meeting for International Students in the Lecture Hall on the 1st Floor of Ziyun Building at 4:30 p.m. this Friday (November 7th). All students are requested to attend on time and must not be absent, late or leave early without valid reasons; for students who are unable to attend due to special reasons such as course conflicts, they must submit a written leave application to the responsible counselor in advance and can be exempted from attendance only after approval; for students who are absent without asking for leave or valid reasons, their absence will be recorded in their personal academic performance records at school, and this will also affect their eligibility for future evaluations and awards.（The safety training meeting for students of the International College will be held separately at a later date; if students are interested, they are also welcome to attend the meeting on Friday.）
